Pre-Order Policy
What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it is in stock. These pieces are made or prepared after your order is placed to ensure quality and reduce overproduction.
Processing & Shipping Time
All pre-order items require approximately 3–4 weeks for processing and production before shipment. This timeframe may vary slightly depending on demand or unforeseen delays.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order may be shipped together once all items are ready. We recommend placing separate orders if you would like in-stock items shipped sooner.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to high demand, production issues, or shipping carrier disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Cancellations & Changes
Orders for pre-order items cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed, as production begins shortly after purchase.
