How can I check the status of my order?
Email us at g3embroiders@gmail.com with an order status request. Be sure to provide us with your order number.
What happens if I do not receive my order but it says delivered?
Once an item is dropped at the post office,the carrier assumes liability for its safe transit, provided it was properly scanned at drop-off. If it is lost or damaged, you can file a claim with the USPS Claims Portal, though you may need additional USPS Missing Mail support if the package simply goes missing.
Do you take checks by phone?
We do not accept checks by phone.
Do you ship COD?
We do not ship orders COD.
Do you ship orders to APO/FPO and US Territory addresses?
We do ship orders to APO/FPO and US Territory addresses.
Do you accept international credit cards?
We do not accept international credit cards.
Do you have a minimum order size requirement?
We do not have a minimum order order requirement, however the minimum shipping and handling charge is $5-8.
