FAQ'S ABOUT SHIPPING, & DELIVERY TIME 

Purchased items should be shipped from within 14-21 business days of the order, although it can be sooner than that if it is not an exclusive design. At the time of purchase, we will specify at the time of release if it is an exclusive item, or if the item is back-ordered for longer than the initial 2-3 week period. Please allow 5-7 business days from the original ship date for your delivery to arrive.

Cancellation

Custom Orders are not eligible for cancellation once the payment has processed due to the personalization and the item being unable to be restocked. General apparel can be exchanged for a different size as long as it's returned within 7 days.  Shipping expenses are covered by the customer. Email your return request with the order number to g3embroiders@gmail.com

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY ITEM SHIPS? (USPS)

We are not responsible for packages once they are shipped. If you have an issue with your delivery, re-delivery, or missing mail, you must contact the shipping carrier and refer to your tracking number. G3 Embroidery is not responsible for the re-delivery of packages or missing mail. If your order is marked as delivered and did not arrive, you must file a claim with the carrier for missing mailI. If your package was undeliverable and returned to sender, we will contact you so that we can re-ship it to you.
